1 York Street, Sydney sits prominently at the Southern end of the iconic Bradfield Highway along the Sydney Harbour Bridge.

This commercial office tower is also home to a number of major telecommunication networks who house independent external satellite towers on both the upper roof and mid-tier plantrooms of the building.

The facade remediation project included concrete repair to the exposed aggregate precast facade elements, joint sealant replacement and membrane coating to the entire external facade. The works were completed by our in-house remedial rope access team. 

 

The building remained live throughout the project requiring logistical coordination with major telecommunications networks for mid-tier satellite and network communications outages.
